Extension Download Authentic CFDI Mexico, Detect Cancelled and REPs in the SAT within Business Central

Program within Business Central to download the CFDIs that are authentically in the SAT and at the time of download Not canceled, they are imported into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 once the download is successful by the SAT. Compatible with BC On Premises or Online and any version of Business Central.

Some business processes can be customized and you will be contacted to confirm BC version and Country Localization, although we support any Country in your Business Central.

The downloaded CFDIs are associated to the Purchase Invoice in Business Central, according to the External Document #, or there is a process to generate all the purchase orders or purchase invoices from the Supplier CFDIs received. The expense accounts that will be used in the Purchase Document generation can be parameterized within Business Central, for each supplier and in this way the complete document with header and lines is created. It is validated that the purchase document does not already exist previously registered to avoid duplication. Productivity times are improved by 45% in the Accounts Payable area, as well as human errors are reduced.

There is a report for the detection of CFDIs already processed and associated in Business Central but have been cancelled by some of the suppliers during the fiscal year, generating a report with the incidents found.

Download of REPs payment complements received for deposits made to Suppliers, where the UUID will be linked to the Supplier Movement items where a match is made between Business Central and the downloaded REPs.

There is a dashboard or analysis board of the current CFDIs to view income and expenses as well as to look at the CFDIs in detail without having to search for the document registered in CxP or CxC.

In the initial purchase, you receive the Extension from Kosmos Tek Software to be installed in your Business Central, where you are required to upload the eFirma or FIEL on your side to perform encrypted queries before the SAT. And each subsequent anniversary of this purchase, $114,500.00 + VAT is paid for the right to download CFDIs and updates of the Extension for 2 different companies, as well as advanced operating support during the covered annuity for the registered companies.

As a promotion, the first annual fee for up to 2 companies is covered with the purchase of this Extension, and after the first anniversary, the fee is charged and there is an option to increase the support level to a more advanced one.
